Responsibilities
Coordinate cross-functionally with Accounting, Finance, Legal, and Investor Relations to prepare disclosures; Interact with external and internal auditors to ensure timely support and explanations; Manage equity for the company within E*Trade; Assist in managing the month-end close processes and the close schedule; Assist with the preparation and/or review of balance sheet reconciliations and perform income statement account analyses; Ensure all quarterly and annual reporting is compliant with applicable requirements.
