Responsibilities
Build and ship smaller, well-scoped features with guidance from senior engineers; Write and test code against acceptance criteria; Submit clear, reviewable PRs and review teammates' code; Work with senior engineers to design solutions and discuss tradeoffs; Participate in sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives, and technical design reviews; Communicate progress, risks, and blockers early and often; Learn how AI- and data-powered components are used in production systems; Follow team standards for testing, documentation, monitoring, and operational readiness; Estimate tasks and work with product managers to understand business impact.
