Provide support including analysis, debugging, maintenance and performance tuning for Web Hosting environment; Deploy new websites while improving existing client site setup and processes; Support Website / software upgrades while improving overall software deployment/upgrade process; Assist in the delivery of a Content Delivery Network (CDN) including interface with AKAMAI; Remediate website application software vulnerabilities using Web Application Firewalls in accordance with PCI compliance and OWASP guidelines; Perform various aspects of website setup and operations including SSL/TLS, TCP/IP, SFTP/FTP, DNS, Active Directory, internal and public IP assignment, website monitoring & alerting, performance monitoring and engineering, NTFS and directory security and load balancing; Perform load/stress/performance testing of website applications; Work on external domain management functions
