Responsibilities
Lead commissioning activities including combustion tuning and control system checkout; own root-cause analysis for turbine trips and performance degradation; develop operating procedures and abnormal condition playbooks; interface with OEMs on warranty and outage planning; execute major/minor inspections and hot gas path outages; analyze turbine performance data to identify efficiency losses; coordinate with balance-of-plant teams; build relationships with EPC contractors for construction handoff; develop spare parts strategy and maintenance budgets
