Lead and manage a team of Analysts & Senior Analysts ensuring effective work allocation and timely delivery; Act as a Subject matter expert & support the team on complex document processing; Guide and oversee the team in troubleshooting complex Private Fund statement processing exceptions; Perform quality reviews and assist the team in modifying incorrectly extracted data; Track and drive key team performance metrics, including SLA compliance, processing accuracy, and throughput; Act as a primary escalation point for operational and data quality issues; Partner with Machine Learning Operations to identify and relabel documents for model retraining; Engage clients, GPs, or Fund Admins on statement data related inquiries; Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and standardization; Partner with Product and Engineering to implement new processes and tooling features.
