Responsibilities
Standardize work request, planning, execution, and closeout processes across all infrastructure shops; Define and improve the work-management system including work orders, PM backlogs, and critical spares; Own commissioning and operational-readiness for new or modified systems including punch lists and spare setup; Translate design packages into isolation plans, LOTO, and work instructions; Put numbers on the shops by tracking availability, PM compliance, and estimate accuracy; Write procedures and teach leads/technicians to run the shop independently
