Build small electrical sub-assemblies and perform mechanical/electrical assembly of satellite components; Assemble PCB assemblies into product chassis; Build battery cell modules, solar modules, and solar arrays; Perform wire harnessing, soldering, and de-soldering of through-hole and SMT components; Support conformal coating, masking, epoxy application, and related processes; Conduct functional testing of built hardware including setup, instrumentation, execution, and teardown; Operate complex automated equipment including troubleshooting and maintenance; Perform test setups across various regimes including thermal, shock, thermal vacuum, and vibration.
