Responsibilities
Set organizational priorities with Origination Team Leaders; Maintain dashboards and track KPIs for strategy and operations; Design and implement strategic initiatives impacting the portfolio; Partner with FSP functions (Finance, HR, Legal, etc.) to ensure effective collaboration; Provide visibility and guidance on resource allocation across projects; Prepare high-quality reports, briefings, and presentations for leadership reviews; Develop and utilize program management tools and AI agents; Disseminate best practices for company creation and fundraising; Enable transparent communication across teams; Identify collaboration opportunities with FSP capabilities; Ensure timely hiring and onboarding of new team members; Guide people resource allocation to align with execution priorities; Participate in culture development; Work with Finance on budgeting; Escalate risks and offer mitigation ideas.
