Responsibilities
Manage a team of Supplier Quality Engineers including hiring, coaching, and performance reviews; Own the end-to-end Supplier Quality program and manufacturing partner onboarding; Ensure QMS compliance with international standards and manage internal/external audits; Establish and drive a comprehensive Safety Management Program across US and Mexico facilities; Oversee QC Lab operations and external calibration services; Develop emergency response teams and conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.
