Perform wafer-level probing and testing using DC/RF probe stations and parametric analyzers to measure I-V characteristics and RF insertion loss; Set up and operate RF package test stations to execute parametric, functional, and high-frequency tests; Load and unload packaged devices into automated test equipment (ATE) to run sort tests and binning; Perform basic inspections of test results to identify outliers and generate defect reports; Conduct routine equipment maintenance such as calibrating RF cables and cleaning fixtures; Log test data including throughput metrics and SPC charts to support production reporting; Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve daily test volumes and assist in setup changes; Adhere to cleanroom protocols, ESD safeguards, and safety standards during handling of sensitive RF components
