Responsibilities
Coordinate with stakeholders to build small to large capital projects across the site, use architecture/engineering knowledge to expedite design and solve conflicts, write and manage construction contracts, perform project control tasks including scheduling and budgeting, resolve design and construction conflicts in the field, oversee full lifecycle of tasks to achieve on-time and under budget delivery, manage tools and folder systems for construction projects, provide budgetary costs based on preliminary scope, gather proposals and assign contracts, develop final cost and schedule, facilitate city and governmental approvals, coordinate project implementation and track status, work with facilities team to operationalize post-construction operations, manage night shift contractors, take on ad-hoc projects
