Responsibilities
Lead the Digital Design Service Pillar to set strategic direction and delivery roadmap across UX, architecture, analytics, AI, and development domains; Define and govern application methodologies, architecture standards, and design guidelines across the full SDLC; Build and lead a high-performing UX capability encompassing user research, design systems, and accessibility; Establish and govern application architecture strategy including tech stack selection and data governance; Lead the design and delivery of analytics and insights capabilities; Drive strategic adoption and integration of AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI technologies; Champion adoption of AI-assisted development tooling; Define and drive modern development practices including code reusability and technical debt management; Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-disciplinary team; Consult with end users and business stakeholders to identify system function specifications; Influence and negotiate with senior leaders across Finance Technology and business functions; Assess risk and drive compliance with applicable laws and regulations
