Own continuity of supply for copper and fiber cable harnessing, collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to manage suppliers, identify and onboard new suppliers, develop and implement supplier technical requirements, implement and monitor production part approval process (PPAP), analyze supplier quality and delivery metrics, drive supplier root cause failure analysis and corrective actions, lead projects and present reports to internal teams and suppliers, act as internal owner of supplier's statistical process control (SPC) and yield improvement activities
