Responsibilities
Work with ISPs, datacenter providers, and hardware vendors; Lead technical execution of infrastructure projects; Collaborate with other infrastructure teams to resolve complex troubleshooting issues; Participate in WAN expansion projects; Manage the MPLS backbone and Wi-Fi infrastructure; Support firewall administration and enforce security policies; Plan and execute lifecycle upgrades; Work with key partners to establish peering at internet exchanges and optimize global BGP routing policies; Design and build new network segments; Lead incident response efforts by performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing technical remediation; Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support
