Support environmental regulatory programs ensuring compliance with EPA, TCEQ, USFWS, and other agencies; Track and interpret new environmental regulations; Manage air permitting compliance and emissions calculations; Maintain environmental plans including TPDES, SWPPPs, SPCC, and P2 plans; Prepare and submit environmental compliance reports; Manage compliance calendars and recordkeeping; Partner with Engineering, Operations, Launch, and Construction teams; Develop relationships with federal, state, and county regulators
