Monitor project performance throughout development and construction; maintain project schedules, milestones, and key deliverables; collect and analyze project data related to schedule, cost, progress, and performance metrics; support project cost tracking, budget monitoring, forecasting, and variance analysis; prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations; track project risks, issues, and mitigation actions; assist with EVM reporting and project performance assessments; develop and maintain project controls tools, templates, and reporting processes; analyze project trends to identify process improvements; coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Finance teams; assist with change management tracking, schedule updates, and project documentation; participate in project review meetings and prepare meeting notes and action item logs.
