Provide visible safety leadership across development-to-construction project execution; Manage project schedules including baseline management and critical path analysis; Coordinate with Finance and project controls to manage budget reforecasts and cost trends; Prepare executive-level project reporting on status, risks, and commercial exposure; Manage EPC contractor performance against contractual obligations; Lead commercial and contractual review of change order requests and claims; Manage unbundled high-voltage scope execution including substations and transmission lines; Drive HV design, procurement, and commissioning readiness; Engage utility counterparts to support HV facility acceptance and energization; Maintain an integrated project risk register; Lead disciplined project governance including decision logs and handover documentation; Support EPC procurement and project financing activities; Lead structured turnover of completed projects to Asset Management.
