Maintain Master Production Schedule (MPS) across all product categories; convert monthly plans into detailed weekly and daily schedules; sequence production to optimize throughput and minimize changeovers; adjust schedules based on demand, labor, material, and regulatory constraints; integrate state and company regulatory requirements into production schedules; monitor and manage WIP and Finished Goods inventory; review demand forecasts and identify capacity mismatches; build and maintain capacity models by department and process; coordinate schedules with QA for sampling, testing, and release timing; act as key owner of scheduling-related systems including ERP and traceability tools.
