Responsibilities
Ensure reliable live inventory of raw materials, WIP, or completed batches; move chemicals from inventory to mixing tanks and empty drums into tanks; provide first-hand support to Production on resin process issues; ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements; create, review, submit, and complete resin recipes; submit and complete sampling for batch approval; ensure effective utilization of raw materials to avoid waste; follow and maintain Quality Management System documentation; address equipment or batching process issues affecting schedules
