Manage and develop Accounting Supervisor, Revenue Accountant, and Part-Time AR Manager; oversee AP aging, cash disbursement forecasts, and vendor master data controls; review revenue-to-cash reconciliations and revenue recognition policies; own AR reserve and oversee collections aging and cash application; own the close calendar and prepare balance sheet reconciliations; prepare manual and non-system journal entries; maintain fixed asset sub-ledger and corporate schedules (prepaids, accrued liabilities, debt, investments, leases); serve as secondary technical reviewer for non-routine GL entries.
