Responsibilities
Manage engineering during project development stages to ensure contractual scope, cost, and milestone compliance; Coordinate technical project activities and ensure compliance with applicable technical specifications; Manage engineering contractors to optimize resources for project portfolio delivery; Ensure application of Peruvian National Standards and Repsol design/construction specifications during the design phase; Coordinate engineering activities with Process and Construction areas, managing deliverable reviews and ensuring arrival of documentation, equipment, and materials to the warehouse; Participate in investment project proposals by developing technical specifications and investment estimates; Ensure technical documentation is updated and integrated into IT systems and document management; Manage project capitalization and closure; Manage authorization, permits, and licenses required for project execution.
