Manage car movement into and out of the Inspection Center safely; meet daily, weekly, and monthly inventory production goals; oversee team activities and identify areas for improvement; provide coaching, development, and performance management; prevent and resolve team conflicts; monitor adherence to systems, policies, and performance standards; review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory; partner with the General Manager to repair or reject inventory based on cost and quality; train associates on Quality Control standards to complete repairs efficiently; ensure safety compliance and hazard prevention; manage employee development and performance.
