Responsibilities
Collect, analyse, interpret, and present operational data to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering and operational projects. Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Facilities, and Health & Safety. Monitor operational performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in identifying improvement opportunities and corrective actions. Participate in problem-solving initiatives by identifying root causes, proposing practical solutions, and supporting implementation.
