Responsibilities
Maintain the Corporate Risk Management (ERM) framework aligned with global policies and local regulations; Lead risk assessments and facilitate periodic risk reviews across business areas; Monitor and report Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and emerging risks; Supervise compliance with health and safety regulations including ISO 45001; Collaborate with business leaders to embed risk culture and support strategic decisions; Coordinate with Compliance, Internal Audit, Information Security, and Health & Safety teams; Manage the full lifecycle of risk issues from identification to closure; Prepare and present periodic risk and safety reports to senior leadership; Act as primary contact for external audits (SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 45001) and regulatory inspections; Provide training and guidance on risk policies and best practices; Lead investigations into non-compliance incidents.
