Build, monitor, and maintain Workato recipes and AI agents for cross-system business processes; Co-own HR-to-IT identity lifecycle including UKG Pro ↔ Azure AD sync; Maintain finance systems automation including NetSuite ↔ Salesforce integrations; Design, build, and operate internal Project Registry and AI/Claude spend governance platform; Harden systems for production use with rate limiting and kill switches; Triage and resolve helpdesk tickets and production incidents; Build automation scripts for endpoint compliance evidence collection; Administer SSO/security configuration for vendor tools and troubleshoot integration issues
