Own technical specs and construction details for socks and hosiery products from concept to production; Build and maintain detailed tech packs including construction callouts and yarn compositions; Lead fit sessions and testing across the full-size range; Select fit models and manage the seasonal fit tracker; Review and measure proto garments against requested specs; Communicate spec changes to vendors; Manage the wear test process; Partner with Product Development on risk assessment; Support country of origin expansion; Troubleshoot construction issues with suppliers; Travel to factories for development and issue resolution; Collaborate with Design to translate concepts into manufacturable products; Own grading strategy across sizes; Drive innovation in fit and construction; Evaluate and onboard new tools and processes; Develop and maintain technical libraries and construction standards; Identify and resolve quality issues; Mentor junior technical designers
