Responsibilities
Manage new tooling from pilot through mass production and optimize manufacturing processes using SPC and quality data. Own qualification and inspection plans (IQ, OQ, PQ) for hard and soft product packaging. Deploy quality tools including process mapping, FMEA, control plans, MSA/GR&R, SPC, and DOE. Lead commissioning, qualification, validation, and startup of new manufacturing and packaging equipment. Conduct supplier audits, manage CAPAs, and monitor performance metrics. Lead failure analysis and root cause investigations. Evaluate technical risks using tolerancing and stack-up analysis. Serve as the voice of the customer across product development.
