Manage movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely; meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly inventory production goals; oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team and identify areas for improvement; provide coaching, development, and performance management to team members; prevent and resolve conflict among team members; monitor adherence to systems, policies, and performance standards; review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory; partner with General Manager to repair or reject inventory based on cost and quality; train associates on Quality Control standards to complete repairs efficiently; maintain a safe work environment by preventing injury and managing hazardous conditions.
