Manage car movement into and out of the Inspection Center safely; meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly inventory production goals; oversee day-to-day team activities and identify areas for improvement; provide coaching, development, and performance management to assigned team; create a positive team environment adhering to company values; communicate expectations, performance measures, and goals clearly; prevent and resolve team conflicts; monitor adherence to systems, policies, and procedures; review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory; partner with the General Manager to repair or reject inventory based on cost and quality; train associates on Quality Control standards to minimize re-work and delays; ensure safety compliance regarding hazardous conditions and equipment use; manage multiple associates including employee development and performance management.
