Responsibilities
Lead and mature a risk-based technology control program; Navigate the complete control lifecycle including process discovery, control implementation, testing, and assurance; Develop and maintain comprehensive technology governance policies and standards; Serve as the first line of contact for compliance activities (SOC2, PCI, State Regulatory Exams); Partner with Technology and Enterprise Risk Management teams to maintain the risk and controls framework; Advise and support technology control owners during regulatory examinations or internal audits; Develop and maintain GRC tools for continuous controls monitoring; Align control standards with enterprise GRC groups; Track issues throughout the lifecycle from identification to resolution; Lead cross-functional workshops to enhance control environment awareness; Stay abreast of evolving technology and cybersecurity threats; Develop and deliver training on GRC obligations; Mentor and guide junior team members
