Own end-to-end requirements including discovery, stakeholder interviews, process mapping, user stories, and acceptance criteria; Translate business needs into testable requirements for technology teams; Analyze current-state vs target-state processes for loan origination, servicing, amendments, repayments, and lifecycle events; Drive UAT approach including test scenarios, defect triage, and readiness for release; Plan and manage delivery across multiple workstreams including scope, milestones, RAID, and governance; Interpret and incorporate legal/contractual features into requirements; Partner with Operations and Product to ensure solutions are workable, controlled, and scalable
