Responsibilities
Lead new product introduction activities for autonomous vehicle hardware systems from prototype builds through pilot and production launch, Coordinate cross-functional readiness across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and supplier teams to support successful product industrialization, Develop and drive build plans, manufacturing planning, build documentation, and risk mitigation actions for new hardware programs, Partner with design engineering teams to ensure products are designed for manufacturability, assembly, serviceability, and production scalability, Support prototype, EVT, DVT, PVT, and initial production builds by coordinating materials, build execution, issue tracking, and corrective actions, Drive issue resolution and closure for build-related defects, nonconformances, process breakdowns, and supplier readiness concerns
