Own the end-to-end experimentation operating system including governance and lifecycle; Define and enforce experimentation standards for design and metric selection; Drive experimentation velocity and coverage across product surfaces; Establish a single source of truth for experimentation health; Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data leadership to align on priorities; Identify and eliminate systemic failure modes in experimentation design; Design and scale frameworks and tooling to make correct experimentation the default; Ensure experiment metadata integrity for auditable results; Act as an escalation point for experimentation system health
