Responsibilities
Partner with Product Management and Engineering to identify feature gaps and surface market opportunities based on customer needs. Design, build, and operate an advanced lab environment to stress-test NPIs and simulate enterprise ecosystems. Translate complex product capabilities into repeatable architectural patterns and reference models. Lead cross-functional collaboration with Presales, Sales, and Professional Services to address integration issues. Deliver technical mentoring to Field teams and create thought leadership content to advocate for product adoption.
