Responsibilities
Own, maintain, and optimize Samsara's Okta environments including SSO integrations and access policy governance; Design, build, and support integrations and automations using Workato; Administer and support Google Workspace including offboarding automation and service account governance; Lead Identity & Access Management initiatives including birthright provisioning and role-based access controls; Act as the primary IT engineering SME for StateRAMP/FedRAMP IT controls; Provide Tier 3 escalation support for complex, security-related IT incidents; Build and maintain documentation including runbooks and architecture diagrams; Partner with Security, GRC, and cross-functional IT teams to strengthen security posture; Research and evaluate new vendors and technologies for the IT stack; Mentor teammates on technical capabilities.
