Continuously create and execute test plans for existing and upcoming functionality; Work with a distributed team to create and manage automated test cases and suites for regression, integration, and performance testing; Execute automated test scripts and analyze results to identify defects and ensure product quality; Perform exploratory testing to discover defects that aren't already covered by a test plan; Troubleshoot and triage issues to identify root cause - front end or back end, and drive the fix to resolution; Help determine “go” or “no go” for a given release based on the severity and potential impact of all known issues
