Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate load out planning, mobilization, demobilization, and back loading activities; Ensure all equipment is inspected, certified, maintained, and deployment-ready; Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and monitor asset availability; Maintain accurate asset information and maintenance records; Support asset lifecycle decisions including repair, replacement, upgrade and disposal; Lead and supervise operational personnel including resource allocation and performance management; Act as key point of contact between operations, projects, logistics, maintenance, facilities, and vendors; Prepare operational and asset performance updates for stakeholders; Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and regulatory requirements; Identify opportunities to improve load out efficiency and optimize equipment utilisation.
