Lead, mentor, and grow a team of SDETs focused on automation, performance, and reliability; Define and execute the end-to-end test automation strategy across web, mobile, and API layers; Champion Shift-Left Testing and ensure integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines; Collaborate closely with Dev Managers and Leads to improve release quality, coverage, and speed; Establish benchmarks for automation quality, performance, and code standards across teams; Build and optimize frameworks in TypeScript/Playwright, enabling scalable test suites and maintainable automation infrastructure; Oversee release readiness, test planning, and quality gates for major product launches; Drive initiatives to improve test productivity using GenAI/AI tools, including intelligent test generation and analysis; Ensure strong coverage across functional, non-functional, performance, and security testing areas; Provide architectural guidance on testing strategy, tooling, and infrastructure; Inspire a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability within the SDET sub-department.
