Oversee head contract administration, including notices, obligations, and variations. Drive effective change management processes to control scope variations and minimize commercial risks. Prepare and oversee monthly progress claims, forecasts, and commercial reporting. Partner with Project Managers to review project performance, profitability, and cash flow. Provide strategic commercial advice to leadership on risk exposure and contractual matters. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and supply chain optimization.
