Responsibilities
Act as primary counsel for product and engineering teams from concept through launch, advise on legal issues related to product development/data usage/privacy/security/AI/integrations/APIs, partner with Engineering and Product on privacy/AI/compliance questions, build scalable product launch review processes/legal checklists/internal guidance/playbooks, own and drive global privacy/data protection/AI governance strategy/regulatory compliance, advise on global privacy/regulatory/compliance considerations for products, support customer and GTM teams on privacy contract issues/product terms/security/privacy questions/enterprise risk reviews, help develop legal frameworks for AI/data usage/product claims/third party integrations/partner commitments, partner cross-functionally with Security/Finance/Product/Engineering/Sales/Marketing/People, serve as key legal voice on cross-functional leadership decisions regarding regulatory risk/privacy posture/product strategy
