Manage multiple HDD and civil infrastructure projects from award to close-out; Develop and maintain project programs, budgets, resource plans and cost forecasts; Coordinate drilling crews, plant, subcontractors and suppliers; Plan project mobilisation and ensure site readiness; Liaise with clients, principal contractors, engineers and stakeholders; Review project drawings, specifications and contractual requirements; Monitor project productivity, costs and performance against program and budget; Identify delays, variations and commercial issues; Prepare progress and cost reports; Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety and quality; Coordinate project documentation including permits and completion records; Resolve technical, operational and commercial issues; Support tender handovers and lessons-learned reviews.
