Perform repairs and maintenance as requested by guests, housekeeping, or management; Perform preventive maintenance on guest rooms per schedule; Check pool/spa chemical balance and clean equipment; Inspect and repair physical condition including paint, woodwork, wallpaper, plumbing, grout, and tile; Perform daily walk-throughs and record meter readings and boiler temperatures; Document work performed on work order forms and log programs; Coordinate with Front Desk and Housekeeping regarding room status during maintenance; Assist guests during emergencies and locate emergency shut-offs
