Responsibilities
Establish consistent Agile ceremonies and standards across 12 teams; Coach and facilitate a Scrum Master community of practice; Resolve cross-team delivery impediments; Serve as Scrum Master for two assigned teams; Own and evolve an Agile Development Metrics & Quality Accountability Framework; Implement and monitor delivery metrics (velocity, cycle time, throughput, etc.); Administer BI dashboards for delivery insights; Act as conduit between Product Management and Engineering; Facilitate program-level ceremonies (PI planning, Scrum of Scrums).
