Responsibilities
Drive requirements and product definition alignment to convert UX concepts into detailed engineering specifications and interface control documents. Lead end-to-end technical execution from concept and architecture definition to sustaining engineering. Oversee generation and release of engineering documentation including drawings, Bills of Material (BOM), and test reports. Drive OEM platform integration for mechanical, electrical, and software integration of HMI suites. Define and maintain the Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R). Lead the Engineering Change (ECN) process for HMI modules. Act as primary technical interface to suppliers (Tier 1 and Tier 2) tracking part maturity through validation phases. Lead technical program reviews and design readiness assessments.
