Responsibilities
Own the global financial close process and drive continuous improvement in speed, quality, and scalability. Lead the accounting function's transformation agenda to eliminate, simplify, and automate operations. Preside over core accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, revenue recognition, and order-to-cash. Own all technical accounting including revenue recognition, purchase accounting, equity, M&A integration, and debt. Manage the external auditor relationship and lead engagement with the Audit Committee. Oversee global compliance including tax strategy, transfer pricing, and payroll obligations. Build and develop a high-performing accounting team. Collaborate with Legal, IT, Sales Ops, and FP&A on accounting implications of strategic decisions.
