Responsibilities
Manage IQC, IPQC, OQC, and ORT across battery cell production lines; Drive quality readiness at Contract Manufacturers for development builds and mass production ramp; Lead root cause and corrective action investigations for quality escapes; Collaborate with engineering to define and implement quality control and metrology stations; Define and monitor electrochemical quality metrics and drive SPC implementation; Conduct periodic factory quality reviews covering yield, scrap, and defect trends; Prepare OK-to-Ship and lot dispositioning documentation; Develop and maintain risk assessments (PFMEA) and control plans; Support DFM reviews and tolerance analysis; Execute module and cell reliability test plans; Ensure compliance with safety and certification standards.
