Lead day-to-day property and facilities management across the national hotel portfolio; Own and manage the Group's maintenance management platform; Manage contractor performance, service delivery, compliance, insurance requirements and supplier relationships; Oversee the lifecycle of property-related service agreements; Review and manage landlord and Owners Corporation outgoings and support budgeting; Ensure statutory servicing, compliance obligations and essential services maintenance are completed; Manage relationships with landlords, Owners Corporations and strata managers; Monitor maintenance expenditure and identify cost-saving opportunities; Conduct property inspections and implement preventative maintenance initiatives; Develop and maintain property reporting and monitor contractor performance; Manage business insurance claims
