Responsibilities
Lead technical investigations and root cause analysis of complex system issues involving optical, laser, electrical, mechanical, and software subsystems; Provide hands-on onsite and remote support during customer escalations, system installations, and major upgrades; Develop and implement engineering solutions to improve system reliability and customer productivity; Support Alpha and Beta site activities including installation, calibration, and validation of new hardware and software; Develop and maintain technical documentation including troubleshooting guides and service procedures; Provide technical leadership and mentoring to field personnel; Travel domestically and internationally to customer sites and engineering facilities.
