Lead R&D and engineering program management for metal deposition service products; Drive sPDP execution across priority platforms; Ensure service requirements are incorporated early in development cycles; Coordinate Digital Tool and Fleet Validation planning and deployment; Support EPIC execution through concurrent product and service development processes; Lead customer application understanding and service product development activities; Account for on-time delivery, cost discipline, and quality of new service products; Lead development and execution of project management practices and continuous improvement programs; Support quality and sustaining engineering initiatives; Partner with strategic sourcing and supply chain teams; Lead sampling and field quality processes; Translate field learning and customer feedback into actionable product and service recommendations; Communicate RD&E progress and risks to senior executives.
