Responsibilities
Provide on-site installations, system diagnoses, and service/repair of complex equipment; Develop leading-edge processes for semiconductor chip manufacturing; Create hypothesis experiments and DOEs; Analyze data and compile reports on process engineering experiments; Troubleshoot complex problems and perform root cause analyses; Serve as a resource for junior colleagues and liaison between customer and business unit
